Who says supercharged S's dont get good MPG.

Got just shy of 300miles per tank today, a few vtec's and a mixture of B roads/A roads+Bypasses.

Roughly 28MPG

I don't believe it (said in best Richard Wilson tone of voice).

'A few VTECs' only on 300 miles of B and A roads? That would be impossible.

Came back from Arran on B roads mostly. Many with 'Biker Aware' signs and loads of bikers.

I was even doing wheelies in the old Subaru Forester

You underestimate my abilities to not labour the car, these same roads i manage MPG's in the 60's in the Yaris D-4D.

Should of took a picture, i did however have no bars left when it hit 300 a short distance from the petrol station.

Are you sure you didn't accidentaly swap the motor out for a diesel unit when you put the blower on?

Or were you being towed.................?

Seriously though, that is an awesome figure for a N/A S2000, let alone your beast!

We have built the yellow one running 380bhp and still get about 26mpg on the B-road, they are not really that bad. Its only start drinking alot when you put it on track.

Thing with Supercharge is, the Boost level go up with your rpm so when you are cruising at around 4500rpm you are only getting 2-3psi of boost so it won't drink that much petrol. Full 11psi(with small pulley) only at 8000rpm+.

Thats is the reason I love Supercharge!
