Just called her, Stupid Cow has already called her Insurace company to put a claim in!
She said at the scene that she was going to get a quote first and get back to me. It might had been worth my while to bung her some cash outside insureance, but now for the next 5 years i have to say Yes when they ask if i've had any accidents in the last 5 years!! Grrr

She kept going on about the fact that i drove pass her fast? (20mph max) and I had my music on (if it was not a drop top she would'nt have known), Also she said that I parked in the space then reversed out again!! which is utter BS.
The two dont even add up as if I was going that fast how did i manage to get in the parking space and stop !!

Fight on

You would have to answer yes to accidents even if you don't go through an insurance claim if you are always honest. I don't htink she will win but that is her choice.

If your passenger states that you were stationery at the time you might get away with it. They can also state what you speed etc.

Doesn't matter, I believe that traffic laws apply to all public spaces/road. Seem to remember this being discussed when some hooligan was looking for a car park/industrial estate to do donuts in.

This is a civil matter not criminal. It's not plod you have to worry about but the insurance company. If you don't respond in a like manner, they WILL come after you.

Now Spoken to the insureance company.

Yes any Claim that your envolved in will make a differents to your next premium, whether or not it your fault !! Extra GRRR!

If its seen as 50/50 we both pay half or each other damage. I have none worth worrying about. Which means I have to pay half or hers and I get nothing !! FFS

Her insurance company will probably want an incident no off the plod before doing anything. Bet she ain't reported it to them. Its her fault for not checking. She should have had her seat belt undone & been turned in her seat checking her exit was clear. Dozy cow.
