I only rang one company, but they came recommended by someone at work. Done a quick Google, and there are a few recommendations on other forums too.

The two sets I had done by Pristine were about that, but refurbed and powder coated leaving them practically as new and likely to last. Which is what you want, not rubbed down and sprayed in the back of a van and ready in an hour.
BTW, I love my anodised bronze ones; they look barely any different covered in brake dust, which is their usual state.
