Default Where can I find this connector in the UK?

Need this for a hardtop sub-harness. Turns out they changed the connector so my older connector wont fit a newer car, but will if I change the connector as the wiring is still the same.

If I can't get one then I'll just join cables, but since the connector is out there, would prefer to make a good job, just not at £20 when it might be available nearby.

And no, Honda were of no use, informing me I could buy a new sub-harness for just £180. Sigh.

I'm pretty sure this has been done by a few people, a search on here may help (or use Google to search the site - something like "AP2 harness AP1" may turn something up.

Can't find the thread now, but that's where I came across the info. However the guy had a spare connector lying around, unlike me.

It pains me to bodge the harness in, when there must be somewhere in the UK selling it. However the part numbers of all the ones I've found in the USA don't appear to exist over here.

I too was on the lookout for this harness (part no. 32204-S2A-305), and found this original Honda item being sold by a company in Singapore for £25 + shipping: https://www.amayama.com/en/search/?q=32204-S2A-305

May be worthwhile if you are looking to get some other parts too, to save on shipping costs.

Lankan, that's a good find. Much better price than the dealers!

Had a check of each and no joy, but thanks.

Seems it's been the Vehicle Speed Sensor on many Hondas for quite some time, but no UK source. Will keep a look out, or else try a scrapyard maybe.

Yes, I placed the order for one, along with some other items, so will keep you posted if you are interested. I preferred to get a brand new item. All other sources either stated that it was discontinued or wanted a king's ransom to sell you one.

£16 via EMS on an order worth £45 - not cheap, but most items were more expensive elsewhere, so it was very cost effective. Payment was made via PayPal.

Communication was very good (in English) - the process is you place the order, after having set your account up, and then they will email you once they have worked out shipping costs. You can then choose to go ahead with the order or cancel as you see fit.

That is quite steep, haha. I couldn't find anything else in the catalogue I need at the moment.

Have ordered one from the states, fingers crossed it fits as otherwise I'll be splicing the cables with a stream of foul language.

May regret not going with the full sub-harness, but have to give readers of this forum in years to come some choices!
