When the roof is down...........
#21
I have to admit I fall into the "when the missus puts hers up camp". But apart from that it's windows down all the way unless I have a passenger whom I want to talk to.

Are you guys aware that if the passenger window is up and the drivers down then the aerodynamics get altered so that bufferting on the drivers side is reduced? Try it next time you're on the motor way. So next time the Mrs asks to have her window up, pretend you're being gentleman like and wind it up for her - only to sit back and enjoy a buffet free drive (while she gets blown all over the place).
Just don't let her read this thread!!

I always have the windows up, unless at slow speeds (in town).
I normally have cr@p sitting on the passenger seat such as towels, hankerchiefs, maps etc and it would blow away otherwise.
Keeps it warmer in the winter as well.

i tend to keep the windows down unless it's on a d/c or m/way.
my g/f tends to always want to put hers up cause "it's too cold" - nothing looks worse than driving along with one window up imo so in that situation i put mine up as well for a quiet life...

Then drive too fast to be able to hear her bleating.

I actually had same complaint from the BF today .... we were on our way to the pub for lunch and he was trying to get some phone numbers to call people for work, but his paper was getting blown about!

Below 60mph and the windows are down. Above and there's every chance they'll be up.
Drove home from Bournemouth at 1.30am couple of nights ago with the roof down and heater on, night sky above - love it !!!!!
Did I mention I'm in love with my new car !!!!!!!
