Yep,
It's almost automatic now.
Get on Dual carriage way or into an NSL and it's windows up, foot down.
Back onto streets, or into 30-40 limt, and windows down.

Never have mine up. For some reason I like the exposed feel and the car does look better.

Funnily enough, on the way home last night I was in stationary traffic with a top down Saab a few cars in front in the next lane. He had his windows up. Then he put the driver window down and threw out at apple core before putting the window back up. WTF!?! Had to laugh.

Today it's so nice had the windows down aswell as having the heater turned off for about the 1st time with the top down. It's a temperature related decison.

As to resting arm, find the ledge is abit high, plus it just feels better with 2 hands on the wheel,..

Driving with windows up (other than on Motorways) should be made illegal & a punishable offence.

People with Meganes, Saabs & hooooge great BMW convertibles do this in towns & it looks knobby. Don't do it folks!

i tend to keep the windows down unless it's on a d/c or m/way.

my g/f tends to always want to put hers up cause "it's too cold" - nothing looks worse than driving along with one window up imo so in that situation i put mine up as well for a quiet life...
