Wheels offsets - wide arch!
Hey everyone, some of you may know i'm doing an amuse gt-1 wide arch kit conversion for my s2k. The kit has just arrived from somewhere in asia(lol) i've been told by my bodyshop that is amazing quality (and should be for the price) however i have a small problem.
Obv since it is a wide arch kit i can't leave the standard wheels on as they'd be hiding somehwere inside and just dont suit.
So i'm looking for something along the lines of Rota P1's or Ray's ce28n's however i don't know what offset i'll be needing since its not standard. I've been told i'll need something like et10-et20?
Likewise i don't know if there are any 8-10 spoke wheels that come in these offsets so if you know of any dont be shy and gimme dat info!
Thanks!

I would imagine you could calculate it, once the wings are mocked up and temporarily fitted, fit the old wheels and measure the distance you need to make up to sit flush with the edge of the wing. Remove this measurement from the standard offset of the test wheels and hey presto... the only thing you'll need to take into account is wheel width. I'd imagine you'll need wider wheels. Do you realise how much pressure is put on the bearings by increasing the track yeh? Goodlulck dude, I'll be doing a similar thing with my sol (although just pulling the arches out, not a kit).
