BTW, Hz ps - no such thing.

Hertz is a measure of frequency, one Hertz being one cycle per second.
So there is no Hertz per second or "Hz ps".

I will now "wind my neck back in", as suggested - after all what do I know?

I would be interested to hear more on the matter, as I have only ever heard of degree's and minutes when setting a car up.
