I have just bought BK993 from BK Racing (Search on Google for their website)
I went for 18 x 9.5 on the rear and 18 x 8.5 on the front
running 255/30 and 225/40 Hancooks

Nothing specific really, although I do like the BBS 'mesh' style. I have contacted Demon Tweeks, but none of the wheels they stock are suitable!! I'm in Berkshire, nr Newbury.

The key question Wadsy is what are you looking or can you afford to spend?
Somewhere like demon tweeks is a great all round performance store and not to sound nasty but they will know shit about the offsets and sizes of wheels available to the S2000!
You mention you like the BBS 'mesh' type, if I'm correct these are the BBS LM's (best wheel on the planet, possibly even made by god himself!) will set you back a good few grand in 17" or 18".
Your best bet is to have a look at what other people have got and choose one (my advice would be stick to the Japanese makes i.e. Rays/Volk/Racing Hart etc... Unless of course you just wanted to spend under
