Wheel refurb question

My response was a little brutal, sorry.

My wheels are ap2 version 1, the car is 2005 and my only damage is to the rim as well. Trouble is that I don't know what the diamond cut bit means

If you look at the wheel, the inside of the spokes are painted silver whereas the flat outside of the spokes and the rim are actually just laquered alloy, no paint. You can just see faint milling lines in the alloy where it has been 'cut', the painted section is smooth.
