Default Wheel nut sheared off

So I was changing my discs last night and the drivers side came off no problem. However the passenger side nut are on so tightly that one broke off with the bolt.

Honda serviced my car less than two weeks ago so they put the nuts on again far to tightly.

Do i need a new hub? And are honda liable ?

I done this on mine but slightly diff circumstances as I put new wheels on and forgot to take the spacer out so the wheel was hanging on with just one nut as the other nuts all came off. It sheared one off and I had to have a new bolt put on . Over 100 quid IIRC at Honda

Yes a new bolt should be fine, take it to Honda and they will check , that's what I did and they fitted it for me.

No it was a standard nut. Honda kindly fixed it and fitted the other disc for free. Then raped me
