Default Wheel colour change



Im looking to change the colour of my wheels but not sure what colour to chenge them too..Looking for something different other than the Work colours..Im open to suggestions so if theres any photoshop guru's out there that can throw some ideas at me it would be much appriciated...

Orange goes well with blue . It's all about colour harmony.

White and Blue it just works.

If you go for anything else other than the works colour it will look tacky imo.

Have many people just painted their wheels to change the colour and if so i'm assuming theres no different paint needed?

I'm feeling the same way with my Monte Carlo Blue & 17" OEM's.

Tried our 'local' wheel refurb company and looked at some colours and finishes they do.
I was smitten with the tangerine metalflake on a sample wheel, but the guy there took the piss out of my so called 'taste'.

Strangely he suggested the Graphite, which is just about what you are starting out with.

I'm now looking to change to a really good 2007 S2000 in an unusual colour now so wheel refurb is on hold.
Any decent '07 S2000's out there still???

Personally I think dark wheels always tend to look dirty, including the 'bronze' style wheels. Again personally speaking I think the S suits light coloured wheels, I would go as far as to say the lighter and shinier (ie 'sparkly silver') the better ... just my thoughts.

Mine are going back to very light silver or possibly white this winter ready for next summer
