Wheel cleaning
Can anyone recommend an effective but safe alloy cleaner, I have used Wonder Wheels in the past on previous cars but I am a little wary about using it on the 02 standard 16" polished alloys?

I wouldn't worry about damaging OEM alloys as they'll be corroded to hell and need a refurb within a year no matter what you do
Wonder wheels has always worked ok for me

Don't Use wonder Wheels The P21s wheel gell from www.seriousperformance.co.uk (amoungst others) is far, far better

ps and safer. Wonder wheels is harsh.
I also have my suspicions over Autoglym's wheel cleaner smells too much like Wonder Wheels so not sure if their supplier is the same - unless autoglym don't have suppliers of products which they brand as their own - but they do smell similar

Of course it will. They will corrode even more quickly. Toucheswood I haven't had the problem on the last car on the current one but that might be down to my OCD.
