Default Wheel alignment service bulletin

Hi All,

Sorry to bring this topic up again

Paid for my car last week and will be picking it on Wednesday from the Honda dealership. I made a list of things that need looking at, such as soft top not sitting right when down and wheel alignment checks, stone chips etc...

They said they'd do them for me, but I've just had a call and the guy said the techies couldn't find a fault on the soft top and the alignment didn't need doing.

I've managed to point them in the direction of the Honda service bulletin for the soft top 02-065, but I can't find the service bulletin for the seized alignment bolts. Do Honda admit this is a fault?

It's a 57 plate with less than 300 miles on all four corners so it's hard to see the wear. The service manager says it's fine, but I'd like to get it checked and having this bulletin in my arsenal would help my cause. I pointed them to a couple of threads on here but he wouldn't even entertain the idea and wants Honda proof.

*Apparently they see a lot of S2000's and the alignment and soft top issue has never been an issue*

You won't get anything on the seized bushes unless your geo is seized outside of the tolerances set by Honda and cannot be adjusted to within tolerance.
