Whats your top speed
#56
154mph with the roof down and a snowboard bag as my witness, racing two bikes between the Cartgate roundabout near Yeovil on way back to Exeter from Gatwick.
The bike that was making a race out of it lost ground at 149mph.
Its a real white knuckle ride and the thought of all that metal and my flesh on the tarmac has prevented me from doing it since. You need a real smooth surface otherwise the slightest lump in the road will have you out of shape and heading for disaster.
I've done 175 on the bike on a few occasions ....which feels a damn sight safer than on 4 wheels.
