Default What's Your Best Priced 04?

Hi everyone,

I am due to pop into Blackpool Honda in the next week or so and while i am there, i am going to have a good chat about the price of an 04 GT.

I am still waiting to sell my GORGEOUS S, but i'll have a chat anyway.

When it comes down to the nitty gritty, how much should i be trying to get hold of one for?

Sounds like price fixing to me Mark. I cannot wait until the Competition Commision get on top of the Motor Industry, like they do in Electicals.

I was chatting to a salesman yesterday and he also told me something along the same lines. Seemed to imply that it was to keep the numbers down and continue with dealers only being able to sell thier allocation (which I belive is 7 new ones a year).

That might be his allocation, but i know dealers with a lot more, and a lot less than that.

Actually I think dealers now put in forecasts to Honda rather than get given an allocation.

I'm sure one of the many dealers who browse the site (or the odd one or 2 who actually post sometimes ) may be able to shed some light

I've decided to go down the 'import' route.
Waiting to collect my new S from Bob Gerrard, who specialises in Honda imports. They quote a 6-8 week waiting time on UK spec cars which they source from Cyprus. He fits a Cat 1 alarm to the car, as they don't come with Hondas standard one, and doesn't charge extra for premium colours (
