Whats wrong with this S2000

This AP1 has done 193K and he says it'll hit 200K this month! Wow, 7K a month! That takes some doing!

Yeah, I don't think I'll be rushing for that 168,000 mile S2K anytime soon - it does seem cheap though factoring in the hard-top.
I really want the MY04+ bumpers / wheels, makes the car look so much more modern.

I went and had a look at the one in the first link months ago! It was during a Tour De Southwest looking at s2k's Prior to buying the one I have now.. so just to see it really.
Starts and runs fine, sounds ok too.. it had the last documented service at 96k or so iirc... It has fresh oil in it, so can assume it has had basic maintainence done to it. but no record for 72k miles.. I think it even had potenza's on it aswell...
Under the bonnet is very tatty, quite a bit of surface rust on most bits, including the H beam bit and the steering rack/subframe?
I had a brain fart and was on the look out for a cheap track car, plan was to sell the hardtop on it, polybush it, get the valve clearences done, and give it hell...
Cheers,
Stuart
