What's it worth?
Registered 29 January 2004, 53 plate, facelift model GT.
Options:
Silverstone, red/black interior, OEM front lip, OEM tasteful rear spoiler, OEM side strakes.
1st service, 25/1/05 @ 7,655 miles
2nd service, 24/1/06 @ 14,027 miles
3rd service and 1st MOT, 31/1/07 @ 18,663 miles
Currently has 19,188 miles on it and the balance of its extended Hondacare warranty (January 2009).
It would make a great second-hand buy, and may well find its way on the For Sale forum in the very near future. I'd probably stick it up for

Cheers for your thoughts guys.
My sensible head is saying I should hold out and sell it privately. Trouble is, the car I'm looking at is pretty much the specification I'd want, barring the interior colour which is Kiwi rather than my preferred Imola, but even that really suits the car.
As for really wanting the M3, Neil, I've only just managed to cover 500 miles in the S this year, and 180 of them have been the past couple of days M3 hunting. All of my other miles have been covered in the Mondeo. It doesn't make sense to keep running two cars when I'm only using one so I figure the M3 will be a good compromise car, and if the Mondeo isn't boring me into driving the S I reckon the M will be fine.

Nope, missing the point;
The thrill of getting teh S2000 out for special drives will not be repeated with a beater you use every day.
Seeing the S is now worthless, you'd be better keeping it forever.

That just isn't happening for me anymore, hence the lack of miles this year.
