whats is the premium exhaust setup on the f20c?
am wanting to know the best possible exhaust setup for the engine in your opinions. i am installing an f20c in a kit car and want to run a side exit exhaust. so
1; i have a 70mm collector so should i run a 70mm straight through setup with small center silencer and tail pipe
2; should i reduce it to 2 1/2" as i have a buddyclub spec 4 tail pipe ( i dont have room for the buddyclub centre silencer as well)
3;should i run a 1 in - 2 out center silencer with 70mm in and 2x 2 1/2" outputs with 2x tailpipes, possibly motorbike ones
4;in the future im considering fitting a supercharger if this makes a difference now?
it would be financially better if you all said i should use the 2 1/2" b/c spec 4 tail pipe with a smaller sraight through 2 1/2" center box. but i doubt thats what will happen. lol. thanks

Bowing to the expert view here - would a later modification such as the supercharger mentioned above ultimately require a different exhaust? I noted on another thread that a staged reduction in diameter appears to suit the SC better?

I moved it here, as I didn't know if it had already been moved All the S2000 engine people will see it here, so was trying to help get a wider audience.
Hammy, I think you would be ok with 3" or 70mm upto pretty big bhp numbers, on a 2 litre engine. his is just from experience rather than any calculation though. I know a lot of the Evo guys don't go much bigger than 3" until way over 450 bhp.
