Default What's a hard top worth?
In my search for an S I've been discounting GTs and EUs with hard tops because I don't have anywhere to store the top and I have an old banger for the winter.

Just out of interest how much could I expect to get for a hardtop if I bought a car with one and then sold the top privately. Is there a good market for them? Is the fitting kit easy to remove? Is it the same fitting kit for all models or did it change in 02?

I would say if you pick up a GT, why not ask a friend or relation to store it.

The fitting kit is a few hundred

Trying to get a fitting kit was an absolute nightmare when Ianl and I were investigating a used lid. The HT would have had to have been less than
