assuming a totally deserted motorway.......
at a speed of 140mph/233kmh you will be covering ground at 3.88km per minute
It's going to take the cop car at least 10 secs to move off and a further 20 secs to accelerate to 100.....even longer to reach 145 probably another 15 secs.....he'll never have the speed to real you in so will be stuck an easy 4km behind you or 2.5 miles
I reckon with a bit of luck you could pull some distance and then find and artic to hide with?

this has got to be a wind up!Zero with your mystic powers you would be doing 70 and not 1 mph more as you know where all the cops, cams, mobile cams, radar and spec sites are, being oh so alert!
Failing that how about the option of screaming 'they will never take me or the S!!!' and head for the white cliffs of Dover!!
