At the risk of being even more pedantic than the AP pedants, AP1 facelift wheels are AP2 wheels, so the OP is correct on that point

Being even more pedantic, the wheels are common to AP1s and AP2s so they are not even model specific.

Ah yes, but they were fitted to AP2's, so they can legitimately be referred to as AP2 alloys and, as such, I stand by my assertion that the OP was correct

Surely any oem wheel sold with the ap1 is an ap1 wheel
