Save money and cut holes - be careful where you cut them, as there is just enough space to fit speakers in.

I got lucid panels, due to my inability to use tools!!

Lucid panels are just Honda panels with the holes cut for you and some bolts

The speakers I was looking at were; Sony Xplod XS-F1722 6.5" 130w 2-way Speakers. I was gonna buy 4 of these then put 2 behind the seats then 2 in the front doors I know there a bit budget but as I got the black/red trim on the inside and silver outside thought it may tie in nicely from a visual perspective. The headunit I was going to get is a sony CDXM800 (trying to keep everything sony. I was then (as if it wont be suitable enough) going to add a sony amp and Xplod pentagon sub and minidisc changer (sony of course) which I have already.. again it would be nice to see something red in the boot as you do when u open any other panel in a honda s2k i.e. red leather and red rocker cover. whats everyones thoughts on this setup?

Anyone know how much a new set of panels are (in case I mess mine up?)

I'm sure there was a thread (US possibly) about cutting the panels yourself - including templates

Also, is it possible to connect rear speakers to the OEM HU without the Lucid adapter?
