I think I read somewhere that the RS4 was going to be 49K but what a car. M3 CSL? Never driven one but supposed to be awesome compared to M3. They look very meaty in the flesh too.
A second hand 630?
Monaro VXR?
A fully pimped Toureg would look good.

I see lots of RR sports around.

I have a Touareg 3.0 tdi sport & it is by far the best allround car that I've driven. its quicker than the 3.2 petrol as well.

The 4.2 V8 is more comparable with the 3.0 tdi on the road although you'll only get 17-18 mpg
opposed to 28-34 mpg in the TDI. Build Quality is on a par with Audi.

New or used? Sports, big, luxury, what?

I'd be seriously thinking 996, or new Cayman, s/h RS6,

He needs 4 seats Mark.

I'd say get a big discount on the M3 CS. Or throw another 4k at it and get the new RS4

Steer clear of a new e46 M3, values will drop in the run up to the new v8 M3. Wait 6 months and get an excellent deal on a cayman perhaps.

I guess you dont want used but that kind of money could get you a low mileage mk1 gt3 and their bombproof, makes a m3 seem like reno build quality. If you got one that has had a decent owner then it will surely feel new. Its also only

A standard Porsche Carrera is not bad, drives like a dream, thats if you want to be a second owner.
