Gearbox wise, I can't praise Castrol SMX-S enough.

Diff, Valvoline durablend LSD 75-85 API 5 EP Hypoid etc etc

I find olive oil works fine. The extra virgin is a little fruity and not worth the extra IMO.

I wash out the old filter in the dishwasher but make sure it's dry first....obviously.
