i use any branded oil.
currently using magnatec since it was on offer at sainsburys a while ago
also used comma and castrol aswell.
imo, any of the branded stuff will do - halfords (like many others) find it too thin and seems to burn off quicker. not tried it on the s2000 specifically, but previous experience on other cars makes me not buy halfords stuff.
honda oil filter always. no reasoning, just for the sake of

I also think it's great that Castrol have called their oil Castrol EDGE Turbo Diesel. My company vehicle now uses it

Shell Helix Ultra Fully Synthetic Stuff. Its going fine. I have my 63K Serivce coming up... can we broden the topic to Gearbox Oil and Diff Oil? I am pretty sure it was changed at the last service... but if it hasnt, whats best to use.
Also, Spark plugs. Anyone got the NGK Code to hand of the best ones to use.
