Simon, are the Jap engines a different compression??

Ok, OB and a suitably mapped ECU

I used it for a while, and many of the scoob boys have been using it for many years with little issue. Some of them do appear to leave a coating on the plugs, but depends what you use...

Getting the meshing of the gears right is critical - I would leave that to someone who works with diffs a lot (and has preferably done an S2000 diff before, as they're a little odd). Dropping and re-installing the diff is very DIYable. The propshaft bolts can be a pain in the behind, but that's about the biggest problem.

There is a guy near Bradford that has now done a few. Can't remember the cost off hand, but it's something like
