England coming home
I think I have just been caught by one of those vans that sit on Mway bridges
But my S is six months old today - for pure fun/

Mikerich - I was flashed somewhere in London in a 30 zone going 35mph! It's been about 10 days - haven't got anything in the post! I've still got my fingers crossed!

Just had a nice surprise in the post from Bedfordshire Police.

Apparently my car was 'caught' at 41 in a 30. They now want me to grass up the driver????

I thought I read somewhere that you should not respond to these notices?

Any views?

I have 28 days to respond apparently.

the whole thing seems a farce, example: Alex Ferguson got off because Man Utd didn't know who was driving the car at the time.

so how about mr J Smith of no fixed address, or your Brazilian girlfriend who had to move back to Rio?
