I havent got a clue what any of you are talking about

I just want to be able to lower my car as it is sitting to high without affecting the handling much

see what a can of worms you opened!

You are going to have to compromise here!

Cosmetically you could just use springs to drop it and then get a geo done. That is the cheapest route. It may bugger your shocks in time and they will no longer be matched to the spring. It could also affect handling depending on how you drive it and who does the geo

Now if you want the drop AND improved handling you NEED coilovers!

Yes lowering springs might be all you want.

Just be sure to look at the spring rates for coilovers. Mine are about 5Kg, I think the Nitron guys have got about the same, which is about what you want. If you go for 10Kg springs (like the Japanese seem to favour) you'll regret it, especially with those wheels. Even for track use I think going that hard would be a mistake.

16Kg would probably feel like somebody had removed your suspension and replaced it with concrete.

Just enter NEX S2000 into the ebay search... they certainly look the part but at that price I would be extremely hesitant!
