Good work, worth it for piece of mind. The plunger should not touch the pad until you release the wing nut.

Yes I think it must have been out a bit further than it should be maybe... or the seal.... not sure! It went in no problem today, like it was just sitting in the hole, so seems should be all ok now.

Thanks so much guys, really appreciate it.

Oil all changed now also. Had a magnetic oil plug to pop in but its the worng size, (Js racing one), my drain bolt takes a 19mm socket the Js was a much snaller thed, as well as taking a smaller sicket more like a 14mm, it went in but didnt have much screwed in and didn't feel confident (if you know what I mean)

Ive continued with magnets on the oil filter with old drain bolt (washer cleaned up) until next oil change.

So the only update is....

im down to wales not this weekend but next to add all the bits to the car over the weekend.
diff mounts,
spoon rocker cover,
cross brace,
rear brace,
tunnel brace,
HKS manifold,
Removing the air con as I never use it, ever.... so ordering a smaller belt from Si
Clutch kit being ordered to not sure if I should order the stage 2 or stay oem??
Mishimoto triple core X line radiator with the lower temp fan switch and thermostate.

Ill.also attempt to flash pro the car this is my main worry as ive never delt with anyhring of this kind before..... scared!!!!

I think thats all for now :-)

Not yet but is it is all finiahed and part paid for so its just a matter of paying off and them sending it back :-) will sort this next week. I had email from production as I was just leaving for holiday explaining that it was completed and ready for dispatch.

Clutch ordered. (Stage 2 perfromance clutch) thanks Si
Low temp thermostate on Si's desk
Low temp fan switch on Si's desk
Aircon Delete belt on Si's desk
There is something else under Si's desk too but hat's for desert :-)

Im now starting to think all the parts may not all fit in the boot!!!

In that case I'm going to pop down and visit Si, I may send him to the warehouse while I fleece his desk for goodies
