Mine does hesitate a bit it seems.

I dont think the engine map and transients are great for this really cold weather. Seems there is not enough enrichment

I stalled the little diesel bimmer a few times. WTF I thought?!!

Its the flipping stability control system.
Pulling away on tickover (gently) it modulates the rear brakes to stop spin.
And stalls the engine
