Default weather or me?

stalled my S yet again this morning. got to be about the 3rd time this month!

is it me being a plonker or is it just the cold weather?
i've certainly noticed the S is alot less tolerable to minor driving mistakes in this weather..

I stall it much more in the cold, I think because everything is much less willing to move/more friction. Catches me out!

Sorry Try "less tolerant"

Seriously, unlike a FWD where all the "bits" are nicely warmed up under the bonnet all close together, the S with its diff at the back and the gearbox in line and not strapped to the side of the engine must find it harder to cope.
I had the clutch fluid changed, it must have made no more than 1 or 2 mm difference to the pedal, but I stalled it 4 times over the next couple of days.

Now I'll sit back and wait for Hinez 57 to flame me for missing a comma or somthing, but at least I actualy am dyslexic!

Less traction I'd say is the cause, your just used to it pulling away quicker.

Doubt it's your car

I've stalled it one I must admit but I put that down to being a weee bit too cautious
with the revs at a major junction and not wanting to go horribly wrong and put it accidentally in the other lane. Needless to say - I didn't

I have definately noticed more hesitation in the FBW system though.

Bought my winter beater today so no more living in terror of gritting lorries Huzzah !
