wow certainly wakes you up.
a work friend just got his licence back after d.u.i.( asleap in the back of his range rover, but keys in pocket) and had to go on a course to get his ban shortened.they are tought it takes 2 hours to rid of the 1st unit of alcohol and an additional hour for every other unit that you drink, they were also told that having a non alcholic drink between every unit aids dispersal.

Wine is dangerous, because people equate one glass (1/6 of a bottle) with a half of beer = one unit. Actual alcohol content of the beer is 280ml x 4% = 11ml, and the wine is 750/6 = 125ml x 13% = 16.25ml, so two glasses is three units.
The rule that treats sleeping in a car with keys in your pocket with d.u.i. is crazy - you have realised you shouldn't drive and have chosen not to, you should be congratulated!
