Default Valve stem seals replaced in West Sussex, best place?

Hi all,

Looking at getting my valve stem seals replaced near Chichester, West Sussex.

Anybody know how much it is likely to cost and is it best I take it to Honda Bognor, or is there a better place?

Car has 205K on the clock and is smoking. Unsure if it is valve stem seals or whether it is piston rings, but was going to start with sorting valve stem seals.

Any advice welcome.

TGM in Fleet. It’s a bit of a way from you but they really know their stuff.

Thanks for the advice.

I did drop into them about 4 months ago, when I was passing.

Probably best I just accept the distance and just book it in.

I'm just down the road from you and would head to TGM too for work like valve adjustments (if I didn't do them myself ) so another recommendation for them although a little inconvenient if you plan on dropping it off there for the stem seals. Normally you'll get oil smoke on the overrun from stem seals and on accel for the rings

+1 for TGM in Fleet if you're willing to make the journey. I've used them for 6 years on my S and prior to that on my EP3, what they don't know about the S2000 isn't worth knowing...
