I'm actually due a service right about now. Would love to request your help if I knew there was a hard surface to do it on there.
(The service, I mean. )

Thanks for the praise
I'll bring my feeler gauges and if anyone wants their tappets adjusting and they are at JAE, I don't mind

I need an oil change (all) and diff swap, plus inner CV joint swap too

Either or Scott, i'm easy
Being serious for a second; can anyone (Ian?) confirm if there will be a hard surface to carry out any work on the cars?
If it's at all possible, I would like to bring along the bits for the service and do it there and then. I'm tempted to do it myself anyway, but having a supervisor help out would be perfick, having not done it before.

I weighted up the diff swap for you and TBH, it would be a 3-4 hour job on my back I reckon.
And unfortunately, I won't be able to do the CV swap either as my Ball joint splitter only JUST fitted to the rear control arms! Need a wider one.
Oil changes - no problem though.
Serious, if the grass is hard, i'll get it done.
My mrs went the chippy the other day (4 miles away in Crewe).
I started after she went, and had finished changing the engine oil by the time she came back.
Worse though, I actually went and bought an OEM Filter
But seriously, valve adjustments are a definite!

Glad to see you're still smiling.
Just looked at the 72k service shedule. It's just an oil change, basically.
Engine and gear oil, plus brake fluid. That's about it. That will cost over
