You take the rocker box cover off after removing the coil packs and a couple of covers and pipes.
The valve adjustment is by srewdriver and locknut so is very much like the old Ford or Rover pushrod engines.
There are no shims to measure or grind, all you need is feeler gauges.
Tell then this and they should be able to estimate how long ot takes to adjust 16 valves for you

straight forward, just bloody awkward to get access with the feeler gauges.
It is a bit fiddly though I agree

I will be doing this on my car this weekend.
Can anyone confirm that the following is correct?
Intake - 0.21 - 0.25mm
Exhaust - 0.25 - 0.29mm
Lock nuts - 20Nm.

Honda is notorious for offering up weedy torquing values and I have had a 'torqued' tappet nut come loose on a D16Z6 (that eventually blew up and when I stripped it down, found the nut and it resides on my keys) that is exactly the same as the F20C setup.

I've looked at all parts of the youtube vid above (yet to do it in practise) it's a pretty good tutorial. Well worth a watch for visual reference before you attempt it in my opinion. I think the person who did it is/ was on here.
