I have had two ex demo cars as co cars and done 120K in each with no problems. One was a 285BHP hyper tuned saab 93 which got thrashed 
!
I don't reckon it is hard and fast depend on the attitude of the dealer!
Craig that S is getting heavier! Sone you'll be parking it in the living room to replace the house stereo
