They've been wrong before !!! Some guy challenged and won when accused of speeding in a near-stationary traffic jam (obvious from pics).

If there was 2 of you in the car and the photo doesn't show who was driving, just say you can't remember who was at the wheel at the time and the case will be thrown out. It's a tried and tested escape route.

Yeah thats true, I was in Manchester yesterday and there were HUNDREDS of S2000s covered in pink fur.....

Sorry but that's not true. I tried and tested it. They advised that if you could not establish who was driving, the owner of the vehicle would get the points.

MrV, sorry to hear your bad news. Maybe there is another way to contest it.
