I think vadhert is referring to the third "Do" in this list from the "Read This First" sticky: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=131836

Do
- Be polite
- No txtspk
- Please make an effort to post in clear English.

Firefox and the English Dictionary add-on cost nothing.

Back O/T, I'm interested in going FI at some point. Not sure whether to supercharge or turbo though. Still, I want suspension and the brakes upgraded before I even contemplate adding more power.

Supercharging is arguably easier, cheaper and more reliable.

I havent seen many mega high power supercharger builds but they are out there!

I stuck a 20G compressor wheel into my Greddy turbo and ported the wastegate whilst it was in the shop. I hade a 3" downpipe made to match the Greddy manifold and bolted that onto a 75mm exhaust. Also used 750 RC's, AEM EMS, AEM dry flow and AEM methanol injection. Boost control was via an HKS EVC 6. At 15 psi i hit 360whp but that was completely maxed out. In fact it was borderline dangerous. Problem is the Stock Greddy housing and manifold combination just isnt up to flowing big numbers and still wants to die on its arse at much above 13psi. Also it wanted to spike when first spooling up to high psi as the internal wastegate seemed to struggle.

Now Running a Mase manifold and Ceramic bearing 5857 turbo and hit 410 at 13 lbs with ease Im contemplating turning the Meth back on and cranking it.

Good luck with the build

Yup.

Push 14/15psi (which is getting towards the max a novi unit will handle) with a few bolt on's and you'll easily see 500BHP at the fly.

Novi are big old heavy units, but seem pretty damn reliable.

I dont think you'll see that much AJ.

Rambo had over a bar of boost on his Vortech and that only hit 380WHP.

Rambo's equates to roughly 450BHP@fly, IIRC he didn't have many bolt on's.

According to the readings on the US side it 'seems' possible with bolt on's - then again they seem to have over inflated figures .

p.s you guys were right I'm a boost junkie and need more boost!
