Default UK optimum alignment spec. Degrees or minutes?

Hi as many of us I'm sure are getting wheel alignment done and after a search online you can find the following uk optimum alignment spec;

Front camber 1.0 each side
Caster 6.45
Toe 0

Rear camber 2.0 each side
Toe 0.2 Each side = Total Toe 0.4

I would like to know if these settings being posted everywhere are in degrees or minutes?
I am talking about the setting for rear toe, 0.4 total. Is that 0.40 minutes or 0.4 degrees? As 0.40 minutes = 0.66 degrees.
Please help

Cheers
Kev

See here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/301...st__p__5798519

Note that the settings vary depending on model year (it's all in the link above).

I've always assumed degrees and minutes as I'm sure I have seen apostrophes after the decimal figures

TBH you want to take it to somewhere that knows S2000s and doesn't rely on you telling them what to set it up as.

/EDIT
I did start writing this before lovegroova posted but picked up a phone call before posting
