Default UK Fog Light & S/W, JDM Car

I have a JDM S with UK rear bumper + fog light (fitted) and a UK fog light switch that I'd like to fit and get working as per UK cars. My current setup uses a two way s/w with LED...it looks naff so I have bought a UK switch.

I've searched and not found a great deal to be useful, other than that I require a relay too...which I'll probably get from GarageR.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram that they can draw/provide for me, especially as the switch has no pin identifiers please?

I have the service manual, which is of no help as it's for the USDM

Any assistance appreciated

It's a switch. How hard can it be?

Get a multi meter out and check the outputs on the legs to see which pin does what

Yes, it's a s/w, but it needs a relay as it does not stay closed.

I could get the fluke out, but wondered if anyone knew the required info to save me some time

So it's just a push switch?

Maybe you need this:

Lofty - why not check the wires on a working car You have access to at least one that i know of.

Then you pop off to Honda and buy the plug

Then you wire it in

That is plan B...my neck is still a little stiff, so I was looking for other options than to become a contortionist and stick my head where the sun doesn't shine (under the dash )

Thanks for the link Dave, if only the component values were supplied too

Have a look there for some stuff which might help you exclude some stuff ....

Can only find a JDM wiring manual that has ..... NO FOG SWITCH. Only switch in that location is the cruise control one.
