RE050 is just a Bridgestone pattern. They make the 'Scuderia' RE050 which is the tyre for the Enzo, which is a specific construction / compound for the Enzo, but the normal RE050 tread pattern - just like the S02JZ is an S02 with specific compound/construction for the S2000.

NSX wheels will fit (at least the later ones, I doubt the early wheels would clear the brakes.). Do a search and you'll find a few cars in the US running them. Usual problem of hard to get tyres due to the stagger though.

I've not decided what I'm doing yet (it's looking like the S is going to be off the road for a while anyway.). I'm really interested how well the Toyo's would work with the new suspension.
Brian, when you say that you have changed you suspension set up, do you mean you've gone for the 02 set up or a particular set up which you have considered as a result of your many car mods? I'm going to need to buy some new tyres in a week's time after the Don Palmer day and my training day on the following day, and I was going to put on F1s but admittedly I don't use my S as an every day car and therefore I could pussy foot around during the winter months (I've learnt how to do it now!) and then enjoy next year's summer months (as I only do 10K miles at most per year)
