Asymmetrics are awesome. GSD3's are too soft and wear too fast with a squidgy sidewall much like Toyo T1R's. Grip wet and dry with Assym's are far better than any other tyre I've had on any car. You won't be disappointed if you go with them.
On another note, as much as people like the same tyres on all 4 wheels as long as a pair match on an axle its fine...some might argue its not ideal but I personally don't see it as a problem when swapping over to a new type of tyre seeing as I get 1yr out of the rears and 2yrs from the fronts.

The Kwak fart price is inclusive as long as you order on line and I've never had problems with ballance etc. My local branch respect the S and I think they take extra care.

Sorry to hijack this a bit, but you guys with the RE050s, in the Winter, are these tyres OK, or is it best to get some proper winter tyres? The S is playful enough as it is in the wet, hate to think what it is like in the cold, wet, icey conditions of our winters!
I have a spare set of rims that are in much better condition than the ones I am currently using, so could quite easily have a winter set of rims, but just wondering if it is worth it for the £400 or so it is going to cost in tyres?
Thanks!

I have found re050's more than adequate in the wet.
Guys looks like i have GSD3's on the front (they are a V shap tread) so i think i will try asymetrics, are they as good as bridgestones re050 wear wise?
Thanks
