If you look a the link they test an RE050 that is called a ' Bridgestone - Potenza RE050A Pole Position'. Are they available here ? are they a different softer compound than the standard RE050 MZ ?

Asymmetrics are facking brilliant, you heard it here first just waiting another few months till the right fitment comes out and I'll be planking them on some 18s proper

Well it was a quote lifted from the site so i think its genuine ? they sound like a soft compound version of the RE050 mz.
Just never heard anyone mention them before thats all and because I have never been very happy with the RE050s in the wet, I was looking for alternative 245/45/17, are there any ?
yes i know the Toyo TR1, but thats supposed to be softer and less dry grip than the RE050 ?

They will be introducing more sizes including these in the next few months.

I think it was 255,35 R18 that I wanted but wasnt' sure.
