Specifically the hand brake, round the handbrake guard and the cubby hole.

Everywhere else is normal including around the gear stick and the stick itself is fine.

I know other cars have these sorts of things - TVRs are a good example.

Anyone else have this?

 

Mine gets quite hot on the sides near where your feet are. It feels like you have the heating on your feet even when its not on.

 

Yea mine does this after driving for a good while, pretty normal, its just that in most cars your never really near the gearbox as its lower down and more forward, its just like resting your hand on the bonnet after driving, 'it warms up'
