The standard Tesco cover now excludes Track Days. However, the covered the Academy Day with no additional charge.

My tesco insurance runs out in october(i think) so I assume to be covered until then. the new insurance policy from then won't cover them? who (at reasonable costs) DO still cover track days?

I'm not bothering either - it's a helluva premium with a huge excess for one days cover.

Airfields are big and MSE seems to be pretty strict on driver discipline, so we should be OK.

Hopefully not famous last words.........

I won't be bothering either.

The worst you can generally do it slide off into the grass and be wounded by a daffodil.

I didnt bother for the academy Day at Upper Heyford earlier this year - no probs!

But!!!!!!........on the fast corner where they taught you how to drive sideways there where 2 very sturdy metal posts on the outside of the corner . By the end of the morning session there where 3 sets of skid marks - 1 each side of the posts and one set between them!
