If you are only going to use it for wheelnuts then I don't think you should need to spend too much.
I know I have a 'best buy' guide to these things somewhere. I'll see if I can dig it out.

best to buy is a norbar. they b.s.i. / iso. etc. you can buy from the factory in banbury. p.m me if you need any more info i go into banbury x2 weekly.
unless you want to pay an excess and get a snap-on .
sealey do a reasonable one to. ( i can get brochures on both if req'd)

once out of the warranty period I intend to do most things to the car myself (non engine work obviously)...such as changing brakes and other consumables so I need to build up some newer tools and a torque wrench will be one
