Post Top man/woman @ Alan Day Honda

I wondered if any one of you well Honda connected people may know who is the man/woman at Alan Day Honda?

I feel that the Service Manager at Alan Day Honda Portsmouth thinks I was born yesterday. I am going to give him one more chance to sort out our warranty claim tomorrow but I need my guns ready.
Time to introduce him to Mrs S!

Any information gratefully received.

Are you sure? Where is he located then.

Cheers! I had just found their head office.
Funny that link did not show in my search.
Just a note: claimed created in 1963, but incorporated in 1965.

mmmh: " providing exceptional customer care " Interesting.

Right, all armed now for tomorrow.

I was going to pop into the Southampton branch to show them my corroded wheels, Sylvie.

I hope they're a little more receptive, or I'll introduce them to Mrs S too.

Let me know how you get on at Portsmouth.

You'll be fine. You are still on the original manufacturer warranty.

We are on the extended one from a company that has gone bust. However, Gad was able to claim as Honda Bognor was able to "provide exceptional customer care" to their customer. Alan Day Portsmouth is just not trying.
They just need a bit of motivation.

Karen has used the Bognor dealership several times for her Civic and rates them very highly......would it not be worth your while going there?

Too late the work was a bit of an "emergency" job and was performed at Portsmouth.
We did consider using Bognor but it is quite a stretch for us and not very practical so we thought we'd give Portsmouth a chance. They were very good for the service. Not so much for this warranty claim. They don't care any more as they are not out of pocket.
Like I said they need motivating.
