Today, I have mostly been racing Ford Ka`s.

Not just the normal standard ones, oh no my friend, this was a Ka3, I think thats a 1.3 AND it had colour coded bumpers. Well no fear my friends. I dished out a mighty dose of whupass. What was funny was the fact it wouldn`t move over at 80, when it did, I pelted it past, then as it wanted to pull out, JohnB was following me, word, it must have thought, sh*te, not another one.....

Castrol Syntec message - Road racing is dangerous and illegal. You must never race on or over the speed limit on our public roads - the story described above was conducted upon private land by true professionals, remember people - Stay Safe.

Ford Ka....

I`m still giggling now....... A Ford Ka....it`s not big and its not clever.

My god.....a Ford Ka.......

Do they do 80 mph? Surely not two-up?

And carper (bro) - pick on someone your own size.

Sounds as amusing as the time as few months ago a Freelander took on my housemate in his Evo VI, the Freelander was really going for it around the A34 roundabouts...know your limits!

(Err, that didn't stop me pushing the pedal when a Lambo come up behind my Golf Gti once - I was young and naive)

I was cruising along the M90 this evening (farily close to the national speed limit) when a Suzuki Cappucino passed me. Considering the speed I was travelling at it must have been doing about 90

Surely this is not possible!

Earlier on in the journey an Audi A2 had tried to overtake me when coming out of a 30 mile limit - (naturally I floored it to discourage him) - he spent the next 20 odd miles on my tail along a twisty A road I know well, I only lengthened the gap on the straights - how can an A2 corner so well?

Being infront is a different prospect to sitting on someones tail.

I followed a WRX Scooby this afternoon for a couple of miles and to be honest I was expecting to get a bit of a beating but I was pleasantly surprised to be able to stick pretty much to his bumper up to 125 (Kph of course) on a fast B road, when he turned off I got an appreciative beep and a wave. Which was nice

Jousted a bit with a 911 Carrera 2 along the M56 and then along the A556 this evening. To be honest, I suspect he was just playing with me....... Stuck to his bumper up to around 110 before he backed off and moved over. I think the wife/girlfriend in the passenger seat wagging her finger at him as I went past might have had something to do with it

Today has indeed been a fine day for baiting the less fortunate

My companion on the sun drenched roads of this green & pleasant land was a 2.0 206 CC, my he did love to try on the straights (in 40 zones ) but became curiously reticent and retiring on the twisties

Bye-bye
