If you are going abroad I'd get your deposit back, I'm sure BG will honour their word, I found them good to deal with. If you stay over here then push for a good discount on what you want you're in a good position to get it.

There's no issue with the deposit - I can have that back if Idon't take one of the other options from BG

isn't there a "change the seats" option which gets thing sorted quicker? or is it more than that..
